New Art! Yayyy!

Hey friends! Long time no see! I recently had the pleasure of not only participating in but helping to curate an art show at Nickelodeon for our crew, Robot and Monster. The show turned out great! It's so gratifying to see how creative and talented everyone working on our show is and I can't wait to see what else they come up with!

Anyway, as promised, here are some of the pieces that I created for the show for your digital viewing pleasure:

This one is called "Meet me by the green dumpster" and it actually sold at the show *yay*

"Summertime"

and last but not least, "It's fun to say 'Boudoir'"

I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. Can you tell how much I miss SF? haha well, stay tuned because you better believe there's more where that came from!

Bye for now

The colors, duke! The colors!

Well, hi - hello!

This is a lil something I just finished working on tonight - isn't she cute hehe

Being a pen and paper sort of gal all my life, I've always been a bit hesitant to color my work digitally. However, over the last year or so, I've really fallen in love with it. Don't get me wrong, nothing will ever beat a pen/marker/pencil/paint on paper but this is some next-level awesome in my book....now if only there were such a thing as a purse-sized cintiq that didnt require connection to computer, I'd never have to buy a sketchbook again (Blasphemy, I know....I do what I want) haha....*cough*....but really....wacom, get on that shizzzz

Next up: plush food! how much do you love this little treat?

I've been on a serious plush food kick lately, in fact, this is just one of the pieces I have finished in the last month or so in preparation for a craft fair I'll be participating in at Nick in mid November....hold tight for more pics...that is, if you can handle a tidal wave of cute haha

woo....well its friday night and there are things to be done...

so, until next time,
stay classy...san dieg-I mean, LA
